About My Journey
I’m a health and wellness coach with a mission: to help women reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and create lives that feel vibrant, aligned, and fulfilling. My approach is holistic, practical, and deeply personal—because transformation should feel natural and sustainable, not like a chore.
My journey to this work is still unfolding and began with a desire to break free from the constant pressure of doing things that didn’t feel right for me. For years, I pushed myself into routines and diets that ignored my needs and energy. As I continue learning about my body and its natural rhythms, I’m discovering the importance of recognizing that there are days to push forward and days to rest—both equally valuable. By practicing meeting myself where I am, I’m exploring the power of aligning my practices with my body instead of forcing myself into rigid expectations.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women find that same freedom and joy. Through personalized guidance, thoughtful tools, and a commitment to meeting you where you are, I’m here to support you in building better habits, cultivating a joyful relationship with food, and finding balance in a busy world. A Little About Me
When I’m not coaching, I’m working toward earning my yoga instructor certification, diving even deeper into the connection between mind, body, and movement. Yoga has been a transformative practice in my own journey, and I’m excited to bring its benefits to my clients in the near future.
Outside of coaching, I’m deeply inspired by nature—it’s where I go to reset, reflect, and reconnect. Whether I’m wandering through trails, watching the clouds drift by, or marveling at birds and squirrels, being outside always recharges my energy. I also love wandering as a form of movement, letting curiosity guide my steps and discovering the world in a way that feels freeing and grounding at the same time.
The kitchen is my creative haven, where I experiment with recipes, blend flavors, and explore new ways to turn food into medicine. I believe food is more than fuel—it’s energy, love, and life itself.
With that said, I’m also currently in my cozy era—give me fuzzy socks, a hot cup of tea, and anything lavender, and I’m in my happy place.
